Sucks being a girl sometimes…

My sis got me the location for second hand bookstores that sells good quality books at a very cheap price. I’m desperate enough to take a train to Amcorp Mall. I heard there’s an awesome flea market there and you can find all sorts of books under the sun. Adeline doesn’t seem to want me to go on my own – could be dangerous.

That’s when you start wishing you were a guy. With the soaring crime rate, who knows what would happen.

Not like I never travel by train before. I had already used it a ge-zillion times by myself. I love roaming around everywhere by myself and observing the Malaysian lifestyle, observing their actions and gestures, trying to guess what kinda person they are and who they’ll be in future. Better bring my sketchbook this time.

Anyways I told my dad I’ll be going tomorrow, right after I check my results at TOA. He doesn’t seem to mind. Maybe cause he thinks I need to be a little more street smart. Wrote down the whole list of books that we want – could sum up to about 30. Wow. thats a lot.

Everyday seems like an adventure to me. Maybe cause I’m 18, and my parents trust me. aheheh. Well, I do like how they treat me maturely. Since I was young they never forced me to do anything. Everything was based on my own decision. I think all my sis and me pretty much grew up doing things independently, except of course, all of us are so darn spoiled having a maid for nearly 11 years who does all the cooking and cleaning for us. Hey!! My maid is part of my family!! and I love her to bits.
